The other day, an AI assistant flagged a “happy” customer message as neutral, but I could sense something was off. The tone was polite, sure, but underneath was frustration and unmet expectations. No bot could’ve caught that.


As AI tools flood the world of Customer Success, it’s easy to feel like our jobs are next in line. Automated onboarding, predictive churn alerts, even AI-written emails, all of it sounds impressive (and sometimes intimidating).
